Jez Tomlinson is the Sports Massage Therapist for St Andrews United, and other local football clubs, with a sporting background in running and football. He now participates in a range of other sports including marathons and ultra-marathons, cycling, duathlon, skiing and sailing.

Jez has completed the West Highland Way Race three times, a 95 mile non-stop ultra run from Glasgow to Fort William with 11,000 feet of ascent, raising money for charity. He finished the June 2004 race in 22 hours 39 minutes

He is also a sub three hour marathon runner, completing the 2007 London Marathon in 2 hours 48 minutes.

His qualifications include: a BSc and MSc and postgraduate teaching qualification (PGCE). He has a Premier Training Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy. He is a member of The Register of Nutritional Therapists, The International Institute of Sports Therapists and the National Register of Premier Trainers and Therapists.
